    1415Mr. Rosen has released version 3.0 of the AFL and OSL at http://www.rosenlaw.com/. The main improvement in these licenses is the changed wording to better reflect european law ("communicate to the public" is different from "distribute"). Otherwise the terms and conditions have not changed as far as I can see.
